Shooting in Lynn Leaves Three People Seriously Injured
Lynn, Mass. – Three individuals have been hospitalized with serious injuries following a shooting incident in Lynn on Tuesday night, according to local authorities.
Police Response and Investigation
The Lynn Police Department received the initial report of the shooting at approximately 8:30 p.m. in the vicinity of 39 State Street. Officers promptly arrived at the scene and provided immediate medical assistance to the victims before transporting them to the hospital for further treatment.
An active investigation is currently underway, as confirmed by Lynn police at around 10 p.m. They are urging anyone with information related to the incident to contact investigators at 781-595-2000.

As of 10 p.m., a significant police presence remained in the area, with approximately 12 police cruisers observed at the Lynn Marketplace. The vicinity was cordoned off by the authorities, who were seen documenting the scene and collecting evidence.
Outside a Pizza Hut establishment located at 39 State Street, debris was scattered on the ground, and the store’s windows were shattered. Investigators also showed interest in a Lexus SUV parked nearby, examining it with flashlights. The vehicle appeared to have bullet holes in its rear window.
