A Tragic Morning: Three Killed in Separate Shootings in Philadelphia Suburb

In a shocking turn of events, three individuals were tragically killed in separate shootings in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, leaving the community in a state of fear and disbelief. The suspect, identified as 26-year-old Andre Gordon, remains on the loose following a carjacking incident. As police intensify their efforts to locate him, residents are urged to exercise caution and report any sightings to 911 immediately.

The first shooting took place on Saturday morning at the unit block of Viewpoint Lane in Levittown. Police received a distress call at approximately 8:52 a.m., reporting a shooting incident. Upon arrival, they discovered that two individuals had been fatally shot by Gordon, who was driving a stolen vehicle at the time. The motive behind this act of violence remains unclear.

Shortly after, at around 9:01 a.m., another shooting occurred at the unit block of Edgewood Lane in Levittown. Tragically, another person lost their life in this senseless act of violence. Gordon, once again, managed to flee the scene before the authorities could apprehend him.

At 9:13 a.m., just minutes after the second shooting, Gordon carjacked an innocent driver at gunpoint in the parking lot of the Dollar General store on Bristol Pike in Morrisville. Thankfully, the carjacked driver escaped unharmed. This incident further heightened concerns about Gordon’s dangerous nature and his potential to cause further harm.

Police have reason to believe that Gordon was acquainted with all three victims who lost their lives in these shootings. They describe him as currently homeless, with ties to the Trenton, New Jersey, area. The vehicle he was last seen driving is a 2016 dark gray Honda CRV, with Pennsylvania registration KFR 1534, and a ‘Namaste’ sticker on the right side of the rear bumper.

Andre Gordon is considered armed and extremely dangerous. He is believed to be in possession of an assault rifle, which he used during the commission of these crimes. There are also concerns that he may have additional weapons in his possession, further elevating the urgency to locate him.

In response to these tragic events, local law enforcement agencies have advised residents to remain vigilant and take necessary precautions. They have issued a shelter-in-place order, urging individuals to lock their doors and gather in a central and secure location away from windows. Any suspicious activity should be reported immediately by dialing 911.

Law enforcement officials, including local congressman Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick, are closely monitoring the situation. Fitzpatrick took to social media, expressing his concerns about the active shooter alert and the ongoing carjacking and shooting incidents in Falls Township. He assured residents that law enforcement agencies are actively pursuing the suspect.

The community has been deeply affected by these horrifying events. As a result, the Bucks County St. Patrick’s Day Parade, originally scheduled to take place at Conwell-Egan High School on New Falls Road, has been canceled. Additionally, both the Oxford Valley Mall and Sesame Place have been instructed to remain closed until further notice, ensuring the safety of visitors and employees.

As the search for Andre Gordon continues, the community remains on high alert, hoping for a swift resolution to this terrifying situation. Law enforcement agencies are urging anyone with information about Gordon’s whereabouts to contact 911 or (215) 328-8501 immediately. The priority now is to bring justice to the victims and restore a sense of security in this otherwise peaceful Philadelphia suburb.
