Teenager Hospitalized After Shooting in Dorchester, Boston
A teenager was rushed to the hospital on Wednesday following a shooting incident in Dorchester, according to the Boston police. The incident took place around 3 p.m. on Bellevue Street. Fortunately, the 16-year-old victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
While the police have not yet released any additional information about the incident, SKY7-HD captured aerial footage showing multiple officers setting up crime tape at the scene. The investigation remained active and ongoing, with authorities clearing the area by 5 p.m.
During the investigation, family members of the injured teenager were present at the scene before eventually leaving for the hospital around 5 p.m. for further support.
