Dealer incentives are on the rise again, with estimates showing that they reached their highest levels since the first half of 2021 in August. These incentives accounted for 7.2 percent of the average transaction price, suggesting that dealers may be more willing to negotiate as they look to boost sales volumes heading into the fall.
