Walt Ehmer, the beloved president and CEO of Waffle House, passed away at the age of 58, leaving behind a remarkable legacy. Joining the company in 1992, Ehmer quickly ascended to senior leadership positions and eventually became the president, CEO, and chairman. He was an alumnus of Georgia Tech University, where he served as the chair of the Georgia Tech Alumni Association Board of Trustees from 2012 to 2013.
