Pedestrian Fatally Struck by Salt Truck in South End
In a tragic incident, a pedestrian was struck and killed by a salt truck in the South End of Boston on Wednesday morning. The accident occurred at the intersection of Massachusetts Avenue and Albany Street before 4 a.m. When Boston Police arrived at the scene, they discovered the victim’s body on the street.
According to a source, it appeared that the body had been dragged for quite a distance, prompting the closure of a significant portion of the street for investigation. As of 7:30 a.m., authorities were still actively investigating the scene.
