Maniac Hardcore Punk Frontman Terrorizes Yosemite National Park, Demands Pregnant Waitress’ Baby Belongs to Him

A disturbing incident occurred at Yosemite National Park when Anthony Mehlhaff, the lead singer of the Los Angeles-based punk rock band “Cancer Christ,” went on a rampage. It all started at a restaurant in the Buck Meadows area of Mariposa County. Mehlhaff entered the establishment and confronted a pregnant waitress, claiming that the “spirits led me to you” and asserting that her baby belonged to him. He even threatened to wait for her during her break.

According to the Mariposa County Sheriff’s Office, Mehlhaff then stole several drinks and assaulted another restaurant employee before fleeing to Yosemite National Park, which was about 15 miles away. On his way, Mehlhaff crashed his car near the Fish Camp area and bizarrely handed his shirt to a witness, stating that they should keep it because he was going to be famous. The police found an Enola Gay smoke grenade in his car during the investigation.

Undeterred by the crash, Mehlhaff stole a bicycle and made his way to the nearby Tenaya Lodge. He entered through the kitchen’s back door, placed his hat and other items in a refrigerator, and then grabbed a knife to threaten the workers. He even went as far as to strip down to his underwear and warned customers to leave if they didn’t want to be in danger.

The situation escalated further when Mehlhaff assaulted and attempted to “kidnap” the manager before stealing his car. Driving back on Highway 41, he encountered a Tesla and engaged in extreme road rage behavior, tailgating the vehicle and making aggressive hand gestures. Eventually, he rammed into the Tesla.

The sheriff’s deputies in the area pursued Mehlhaff, leading to another crash in Oakhurst. Law enforcement detained him and took him to a local hospital for medical clearance. However, even during this process, Mehlhaff assaulted a Mariposa County Sheriff’s deputy. After being detained once again, he was eventually brought to the Mariposa County Jail, where he is currently being held on $100,000 bail.

Mehlhaff’s disturbing actions and behavior are consistent with the persona he portrays as the lead singer of “Cancer Christ.” The band combines Christian, satanic, and reptilian imagery in a sacrilegious manner. Mehlhaff, who refers to himself as “Saint Anthony,” claims to have genuine religious beliefs. Their recent albums and singles, such as “God Hates Cops,” “Satan is a B–ch,” and “God is Violence,” further amplify their provocative and controversial nature.

According to The LA Times, the band’s now-private website stated that they aim to spread their message through their unique brand of Reptilian Power Violence. They believe they have been sent on a divine mission to make politicians, pedophiles, and police officers suffer. This disturbing incident at Yosemite National Park sheds light on the dangerous repercussions of such extreme ideologies and the potential harm they can cause.
