Kelly Rizzo, the widow of comedian Bob Saget, has taken to Instagram to make her relationship with actor Breckin Meyer official. In a heartfelt birthday post dedicated to Meyer, Rizzo expressed her love and appreciation for him. This marks the couple’s first public acknowledgment of their romance on social media.
The photo accompanying the post was a selfie of Rizzo and Meyer at the F1 Grand Prix in Miami. Meyer, known for his role in “Clueless,” celebrated his 50th birthday on the same day. Well-wishes poured in from fellow celebrities, including Melissa Coulier (wife of Saget’s “Full House” co-star Dave Coulier), Elisa Donovan (Meyer’s co-star in “Clueless”), and Brian Austin Green.
The couple first went public with their relationship at a Grammys watch party in February. They later attended a friend’s wedding in Mexico, where they were photographed sharing a passionate kiss. Rizzo and Saget met in 2015 and tied the knot three years later. However, tragedy struck when Saget unexpectedly passed away from a brain bleed in January 2022 at the age of 65. Prior to Rizzo, Saget was married to screenwriter Sherri Kramer, with whom he had his daughters.
As for Meyer, he was previously married to filmmaker Deborah Kaplan from 2001 to 2014, and they share two daughters.
