Anderson’s journey began when he was booked into the Harris County Jail on March 3 for methamphetamine possession. Eyewitness accounts indicate that Anderson experienced two seizures and informed prison staff that he was about to have another one. Anderson’s father, Harold, expressed his frustration and disbelief, stating, “He’s had seizures before, but that should have been in his medical records so they would have known how to take proper care of my nephew.”
