While Cyrus dated Jonas first, Gomez followed suit, creating a complicated situation between the two actresses. This tension was evident in the 2009 crossover episode “Wizards on Deck with Hannah Montana,” which brought together characters from “Wizards of Waverly Place,” “Hannah Montana,” and “The Suite Life on Deck.” Despite appearing in the episode, Cyrus and Gomez did not share any scenes together.
Fortunately, time has healed the wounds, and Cyrus and Gomez are now on good terms. Stone clarified that they have put the high school drama behind them and are all good now.
