22-Year-Old Man Fatally Shot at Brockton Restaurant Identified

Authorities have identified the victim of a fatal shooting at a restaurant in Brockton as 22-year-old Joe Araujo from Brockton. The incident occurred on Friday evening at the Hibachi Sushi Supreme Buffet. Upon arrival at the scene, officers discovered Araujo with gunshot wounds. He was immediately taken to Good Samaritan Hospital but was pronounced dead upon arrival. Preliminary investigations suggest that Araujo was the intended target, ruling out the possibility of a random act of violence. The investigation into the shooting is ongoing.
