Clothed by Faith: Providing Clothes to Those in Need

Clothed by Faith is a ministry that recognizes the importance of clothing as a basic human need. Whether individuals are facing natural disasters or personal crises, this organization steps in to provide support.

According to Co-founder Melissa Stephenson, the rising costs of food and rent make it increasingly difficult for people to afford clothing. This is where Clothed by Faith comes in, offering a week’s worth of free clothing and shoes to those in need through partnerships with over 130 organizations in the greater Houston area.

With locations in Katy and Deer Park, volunteers at Clothed by Faith carefully select and package the clothing to ensure that every child and adult feels comfortable. The organization’s goal is not only to provide clothes but also to give individuals a sense of dignity and hope by offering items in great condition.
