Sophie Turner Drops Child Abduction Lawsuit Against Joe Jonas
Sophie Turner, known for her role in “Game of Thrones,” was seen beaming while out on a late-night stroll in London with her new boyfriend, Peregrine Pearson. This comes just hours after it was revealed that Turner had dropped her child abduction lawsuit against her estranged husband, Joe Jonas.
A Happy Couple
During their walk, Turner and Pearson looked happy and affectionate. Pearson had his arm wrapped around Turner while she tenderly held her hand up to his wrist. Turner was dressed in a cozy long beige wool coat, brown leather trousers, and slippers, while Pearson wore a navy hoodie, dark green jacket, jeans, and black sneakers. He was also seen carrying mini spirit bottles.

Turner’s attorney requested the dismissal of her child abduction filing against Jonas earlier in the day. The couple shares two daughters, Willa, 3, and Delphine, 1. TMZ was the first to report the news.
The Background
In September 2023, Turner filed a lawsuit against Jonas, requesting the return of their children to England. She claimed that Jonas wrongfully retained their daughters by withholding their passports, preventing them from flying to the UK. Turner stated that they had agreed to make England their “forever home” and were looking for schools for their oldest daughter.
However, Jonas denied the allegations and stated that Turner wanted to permanently take the children to the UK less than 24 hours after their agreement. He called the use of the term “abduction” misleading and an abuse of the legal system.
Divorce Filing and Custody Agreement
Jonas initially filed for divorce from Turner in September 2023 after four years of marriage. The following month, they reached a temporary custody agreement for their children, which will last until January 2024.
