New Orleans Throws Pre-Sugar Bowl Parade for Texas Fans

Yolanda Wells-Broughton, mother of University of Texas linebacker Vernon Broughton, embraced the festivities with a custom umbrella and a determination to protect herself from whatever New Orleans had in store.
