Investigation at Houston Attorney’s Home Raises Questions About Missing Man
Houston, Texas – In a baffling turn of events, investigators have once again descended upon the home of a Houston attorney after a man who had been staying with him mysteriously disappeared. The Houston Police Department officers spent at least six hours at the residence on Sage Road in the Uptown area, carefully documenting the scene. While the police have not disclosed the nature of their search, it is worth noting that this is the last known location of Robert Bond, the missing 40-year-old man.
Bond had been residing at the attorney’s residence along with Sean Kennedy, the attorney, his wife Alle Price-Kennedy, and their children. The case took a significant twist when investigators discovered meth and cocaine during a search of the home, resulting in Kennedy being charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance. It is important to mention that Bond’s disappearance occurred on June 16, the same day he was spotted leaving the residence.
In an interview with Eyewitness News, Alle Price-Kennedy shared, “He was living in a hotel when we found him. I have a big heart. I convinced my husband to let him stay with us until we could get him a place, but he started using drugs.” Records indicate that Bond was on probation for drug possession at the time of his disappearance. Price-Kennedy claims that upon discovering Bond’s drug use, they confronted him and alerted his parole officer, after which he fled the scene. However, the police have yet to verify this theory.
During the search conducted on September 5, police also found stolen credit cards, Social Security cards, and mail from neighboring properties, including Bond’s driver’s license and Social Security card. However, Price-Kennedy vehemently denies any involvement in these illegal activities, stating, “Nothing in my house was found stolen. My husband works hard for every dollar he makes.”
While neither Kennedy nor Price-Kennedy have been charged in connection with Bond’s disappearance, their legal situation has taken a concerning turn. Both initially posted bail but Kennedy’s bond was revoked on Wednesday due to a violation of his bond conditions. Prosecutors allege that Kennedy continued to contact his wife, contrary to the conditions imposed upon him.
The disappearance of Robert Bond, coupled with the discovery of drugs and stolen items, has raised numerous questions in this ongoing investigation. The motive behind Bond’s disappearance and the extent of Kennedy and Price-Kennedy’s involvement remain unclear.
