Brandi Glanville Claims Bravo Promotes Excessive Drinking on ‘RHUGT’ Following Butler’s Lawsuit

Brandi Glanville Claims Bravo Encouraged Drinking on “Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip” in Morocco

Brandi Glanville, former cast member of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” recently took to Twitter to claim that Bravo producers encouraged her and her co-stars to drink alcohol while filming Season 5 of the “Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip” in Morocco. Glanville shared a screenshot of a text message allegedly sent by a producer, discussing a drinking game set up for the day at the spice market.

Allegations of Encouraging Alcohol Consumption

Glanville’s tweets suggested that while producers may not force alcohol on the cast, they do encourage it, even in places where it is illegal to drink during the day, such as Morocco. She also mentioned that it is against the law to walk around with water bottles filled with vodka in certain areas of Morocco. However, some Twitter users disputed Glanville’s claims, stating that drinking alcohol in other venues is allowed.

Claims About the Butler and Lawsuit

In addition to the allegations about alcohol consumption, Glanville also claimed that the butler assigned to the cast during their time in Morocco was instructed to flirt with her. This statement came after a different butler who served the Season 2 cast of “Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip” sued Bravo for alleged sexual abuse. Glanville denied any responsibility for the lawsuit and blamed the producers.

Glanville’s Defense and Delayed Premiere

Glanville vehemently denied any wrongdoing and suggested that she was set up to create a storyline for the show. As a result of the controversies surrounding the show, Bravo and Peacock have delayed the Season 5 premiere. While there have been rumors that the season may never air, the network and streaming service have not confirmed its cancellation or announced a new premiere date.

Support from Leah McSweeney

Leah McSweeney, a former cast member of “Real Housewives of New York City” who is currently suing Bravo, defended Glanville and accused the network of encouraging excessive drinking. However, Bravo and Peacock have not responded to requests for comment regarding Glanville’s claims or the status of the show.
